All of our modular homes are built to either CSA A-277 modular home or Z240 mobile home standards depending on your requirements. Both come with a 10 year factory warranty. Standard features include 2×6 or 2×8 joists and fibreglass roofing with a 30 year warranty.

Our spacious kitchens and bathrooms may include high-quality composite countertops, above range and fridge cabinets, upgraded stainless steel or ceramic sinks, and frost-free refrigerators. Spa style bathrooms feature ceramic tile, a 60″ tub and shower, free-standing contemporary designer tubs, oversized vanity mirrors with bar lights etc.

 Interior options may include vaulted ceilings, high-grade vinyl plank floors, custom blinds, built-in closets, real wood-clad beams, built-in dressers, and crown mouldings.
